I have a problem with ASM and need some help!

The community answers page allows you to ask a question and search a database of questions asked by other users for the solution to your problem. Problems are generally solved within a day or two.

You can pay for support on a question by question basis. Donate £20 to the project and email us (the authors of the software) directly at db@sheltermanager.com. Questions are typically resolved within an hour of the question being received.

Please note: We are based in England, which means we are between 5 and 8 hours ahead of the US (depending on where you are in the US). If you send your question late in the afternoon or evening, we will not be available until the next morning.

You can pay for a custom report for anything you need. Donate £20 to the project and email your requirements to db@sheltermanager.com. New reports are typically done and ready for you to install within 24 hours.

I have existing data in Excel spreadsheets that I'd like converting for ASM

Email us a sample of your Excel data and ask for a quote. Data conversions are charged at £20 per hour of work and typically take between 3 and 6 hours for simple conversions and upto 15 hours for complex data conversions.
