Development Builds

In between stable releases, the latest source code for ASM is compiled and uploaded. This allows users to try out the latest releases of ASM to test and give feedback, and to get access to new features early.

Note that the only thing built is the core program - asm.jar. It is not an installer, and if you want to install ASM, use the installers supplied on the download page and update to this file to get the latest. To install this file, simply copy it to your C:\Program Files\Asm folder (Windows users), your /usr/share/asm directory (UNIX/Linux users) or /Applications/ASM.app directory (Mac).

SourceForge recently made unique filenames mandatory, so you will have to rename the file from asm[date].jar to just asm.jar before copying it to the ASM directory.
